This role focuses on identifying new and evolving fraud behaviors across voice, messaging, and email channels.You’ll investigate emerging threats by analyzing large-scale traffic, industry trends, and billions of events with advanced AI tools.The position combines independent research with hands-on collaboration across data science, engineering, and security teams.You’ll help develop machine learning models and proactive mitigation strategies that protect customers and strengthen platform integrity.A key part of the role is uncovering novel fraud patterns, testing network vulnerabilities, and reducing exposure to systemic abuse.You’ll also lead investigations into high-impact incidents and translate complex findings into practical recommendations.This is a remote opportunity for an experienced fraud, trust and safety, or security professional who enjoys solving complex problems at scale.
