Embroidery Digitizer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Embroidery Digitizer based in India. This is a remote opportunity for an experienced embroidery professional supporting high-volume custom apparel operations.You will create accurate, production-ready embroidery files and ensure they are delivered to vendors on time.The role combines technical digitizing expertise with problem-solving, communication, and operational coordination.You’ll work closely with internal teams and external production partners to resolve embroidery-related questions and maintain quality standards.You’ll also help improve documentation, workflows, and resources that make embroidery operations more efficient and consistent.The environment encourages ownership, continuous improvement, and practical ideas that can positively impact day-to-day operations.This role offers the opportunity to develop professionally while contributing directly to a growing, distributed operations team.
