Email Marketing Lead - E-Commerce

The Email Marketing Lead will own the strategy, execution, and growth of email and retention marketing across an e-commerce-focused client portfolio. This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced marketer who can build scalable processes while remaining deeply involved in campaign strategy and execution. You will shape departmental standards, oversee audits, guide lifecycle marketing strategies, and represent email expertise directly with clients. The role spans email, SMS, automation, segmentation, experimentation, deliverability, analytics, and emerging AI-powered workflows. You will work closely with broader marketing teams to connect retention initiatives with cross-channel growth strategies. The ideal candidate is comfortable making data-driven decisions, diagnosing performance issues, and turning insights into practical improvements.
