Email & Lifecycle Marketing Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Email & Lifecycle Marketing Manager based in Brazil. This is a strategic, hands-on opportunity to own email and lifecycle marketing across a portfolio of consumer-focused brands.You will manage the channel end-to-end, from strategy and campaign planning to automation, segmentation, testing, and optimization.Working closely with marketing leadership, design, and agency teams, you will translate business goals into measurable lifecycle programs.Your work will directly influence acquisition, conversion, retention, repeat purchases, subscriptions, and customer value.The role combines creative judgment with strong analytical thinking and a rigorous approach to experimentation and performance measurement.You will manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment where autonomy, organization, and accountability are highly valued.Initially part-time and hourly, the engagement is designed to grow in scope and hours as the business expands.
