EHS Executive Leader – Wind Services

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a EHS Executive Leader – Wind Services based in United States. This executive leadership role will oversee environmental, health, and safety strategy and execution across a global wind services organization. The position carries broad responsibility for EHS performance across more than 3,000 employees and 1,000 contractors supporting a fleet of approximately 25,000 wind turbines worldwide. You will translate EHS strategy and performance data into practical operational actions while partnering closely with senior services and regional leaders. The role combines organizational design, contractor risk management, incident investigation, proactive risk reduction, and cultural transformation. You will lead a global EHS team and drive consistent standards across geographically dispersed, high-hazard operations.
