eFiling Specialist (part-time)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a eFiling Specialist based in the United States. This is a part-time remote opportunity supporting critical litigation workflows through accurate, timely, and dependable electronic court filing.You’ll manage filings from preparation through submission and tracking, ensuring client requests stay on schedule and meet jurisdictional requirements.The role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing accuracy.You’ll work with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues, prevent filing rejections, and keep every order moving forward.The position offers exposure to multiple jurisdictions and a variety of legal technology platforms and filing systems.It’s an ideal environment for someone who enjoys structured processes, problem-solving, and working independently in a fast-paced legal support operation.The schedule is primarily Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM PT, with some flexibility around working hours.
