About the Opportunity

This role exists to transform partnerships into a predictable, high-converting acquisition channel, increasing sourced pipeline coverage to sustainable enterprise levels. Drive partner-sourced pipeline and ARR by operationalizing repeatable lifecycle, campaign, and co-sell motions across Tier 1 SIs and strategic ISVs.

How You'll Make an Impact:

Partner Lifecycle Ownership & Pipeline Acceleration

  • Design and execute quarterly joint business plans and co-sell motions to drive sourced pipeline output across the partner portfolio
  • Design and execute partner-led campaigns and co-sell playbooks to generate net-new opportunities.
  • Operationalize execution cadence, including executive alignment and joint account planning.
  • Primary KPI: Incremental sourced pipeline generated per partner.

Commercial Cadence, Forecasting, & Campaign Integration

  • Manage the sourced pipeline weekly, driving forecast discipl
