We’re looking for a Workplace Associate to join our Dubai team. In this role, you’ll ensure the smooth operation of our UAE office while creating an engaging and enjoyable place to work for our employees.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
You’ll be joining the Workplace Operations team. We focus on creating environments that inspire productivity and community, ensuring our physical spaces reflect our vibrant culture.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
Executive Support
- Strategic Scheduling: Manage complex, multi-timezone calendars and high-priority meeting logistics.
- Travel & Expense Oversight: Coordinate end-to-end international travel itineraries and seamless expense management.
- Executive Briefing: Prepare agendas, presentations, and briefing materials; track minutes and action items for leadership.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary gatekeeper and point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Event & Culture Support: Lead the logistics for leadership off-sites, town halls, and confidential employee engagement activities.
- Information Integrity: Handle sensitive and confidential data with absolute discretion and professional judgment.
Workplace Associate
- Facility Oversight: Manage daily office operations, including pantry, supplies, and site cleanliness standards.
- Maintenance & Safety: Lead preventive and reactive maintenance, ensuring all site audits and safety SOPs are met.
- Vendor Management: Act as the primary lead for cleaning and maintenance vendors, ensuring strict SLA adherence.
- Resource Control: Manage inventory tracking, procurement, and cost-control for all office equipment.
- Employee Experience: Coordinate onboarding logistics (desks/access) and workplace engagement events.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO THRIVE
Essential:
- Administrative Expertise: Proven ability to manage office operations or administrative functions in a fast-paced environment.
- Operational Autonomy: A fast learner with the ability to think critically and deliver results with minimal supervision.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of G-Suite and digital tools for budget tracking and document management.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to coordinate with global stakeholders and local vendors.
