E-Commerce Marketing Manager (UK DTC Brand)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an E-Commerce Marketing Manager (UK DTC Brand) based in Brazil. This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced digital marketer ready to take ownership of growth for a fast-moving DTC e-commerce business.You’ll lead customer acquisition and retention across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and email marketing through Klaviyo.The role covers the full customer journey, from awareness and acquisition through conversion, retention, and lifetime value optimisation.You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, using performance data to identify opportunities and improve commercial outcomes.You’ll also manage a remote marketing team and coordinate projects across creative, content, product, and external stakeholders.Success will be measured through meaningful business metrics such as ROAS, CAC, and LTV rather than activity alone.This is a high-ownership environment suited to a proactive marketer who thrives on autonomy, accountability, and measurable growth.
