Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Technical Architect

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Technical Architect based in Canada. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end technical delivery of complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform solutions for enterprise clients worldwide. Operating in a delivery-first, billable consulting position, you will remain deep in hands-on platform architecture, designing Dataverse-first environments, custom C# plugins, and modern Power Automate flows. Working in a fully remote, highly collaborative environment, you will bridge strategic design with hands-on development while mitigating technical risks across the entire delivery lifecycle. You will also mentor developers, lead interactive architecture workshops with key stakeholders, and collaborate with Microsoft FastTrack teams to validate high-impact solutions.
