As a Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, translating business needs into practical CRM solutions. You will support the evolution of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement environment, helping organizations optimize their sales and customer service processes. Working directly with German-speaking business users, you will lead discovery workshops, analyze requirements, and define functional solutions that align with business objectives.
