This is a remote recruiting opportunity with occasional travel, open to candidates located in Florida or Colorado.The role focuses on building strong talent pipelines across the Senior Living sector and supporting both immediate and future hiring needs.You will identify, engage, and evaluate high-quality candidates while creating a compelling and positive candidate experience.The position works closely with hiring managers, regional leaders, HR teams, and other stakeholders to support successful hiring and onboarding.You will use modern sourcing platforms and recruiting technology to improve efficiency, strengthen pipelines, and reduce reliance on contract labor.The role also offers the opportunity to influence recruiting strategies, employer brand initiatives, retention efforts, and long-term workforce planning.Success requires a proactive, analytical, relationship-driven recruiter who can thrive in a dynamic, multi-site environment.
