Director, Worldwide Tax

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Worldwide Tax based in the United States. This senior leadership role will oversee the organization’s global tax strategy and execution across domestic and international operations.Reporting to the CFO, the position provides strategic tax guidance on business decisions, transactions, M&A, and global structuring.You will lead a team of four tax professionals while coordinating Big Four firms and other advisors across multiple jurisdictions.The role spans international tax, transfer pricing, tax accounting, compliance, indirect taxes, and tax risk management.You will play a key role in acquisitions, including due diligence, transaction structuring, and post-close tax integration.The position also offers an opportunity to modernize the tax function through AI, automation, analytics, and scalable technology.The ideal leader combines deep technical expertise with strong business judgment, executive communication, and a hands-on approach.
