Overview
Iovance seeks an experienced market access professional with demonstrated excellence in strategic planning, operational excellence, and cross-functional engagement. The Director, Value Market Access Strategy & Marketing, is responsible for supporting optimal patient access and reimbursement of Iovanceβs marketed products. The candidate will be an integral member of the market access team responsible for developing payer resources, billing & coding guides and patient support in alignment with our value proposition. This role requires strong strategic market access comprehension, critical thinking skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and ideally cell/gene therapy experience within the Biotech/Pharma space.
