Director, Technical Operations (Platform)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Technical Operations (Platform) based in Canada. This is a senior technology leadership role responsible for the operational health, reliability, and performance of revenue-critical digital platforms. You will own the technical operations discipline across reservations, infrastructure, integrations, automation, and production data pipelines. The role combines strategic practice-building with hands-on operational leadership in a complex, transactional environment. You will establish standards for service levels, incident response, change management, observability, disaster recovery, and operational readiness. Working closely with technology, security, vendors, and executive stakeholders, you will turn operational performance and risk into clear business outcomes. You will also lead efforts to improve scalability, automation, cost efficiency, and resilience as the platform and business continue to grow.
