You will oversee programs spanning risk and compliance, third-party management, business continuity, operational resilience, and records management. The role connects business, technology, operations, risk, and compliance teams to ensure programs are consistently executed and aligned with enterprise standards. You will provide leadership visibility through clear reporting, metrics, governance frameworks, and proactive risk management. The position combines strategic execution with operational discipline, requiring strong judgment and the ability to influence across a complex, highly matrixed organization.
