This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced talent acquisition professional to build and lead a scalable recruiting function.You will own enterprise-wide recruiting strategy and execution across salaried and hourly roles in a multi-site organization.The role combines hands-on team leadership with strategic workforce planning, sourcing, systems optimization, and operational excellence.You will lead a team of four Talent Acquisition Partners while establishing the processes, metrics, and infrastructure needed for continued growth.Working closely with senior executives and business leaders, you will use data and market insights to shape hiring decisions and priorities.You will also elevate candidate experience, employer branding, recruiting technology, and cross-functional collaboration.This is an opportunity to build a modern, high-performing talent function while making a meaningful impact in the animal health industry.
