Director, Talent Acquisition

The Director, Talent Acquisition will lead the recruiting function and serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership within a collaborative, business-oriented People organization. This role owns talent acquisition strategy, operations, team leadership, and execution, ensuring hiring priorities are closely aligned with business and workforce plans. You will combine strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in senior, executive, and business-critical searches when needed. The position offers an opportunity to modernize recruiting through data, technology, and AI-enabled workflows while improving hiring quality and operational efficiency. You will coach and develop a high-performing recruiting team while advising executives and hiring managers on talent decisions.
