Director, Supply Chain Planning & Strategy

Our partner is looking for a Director, Supply Chain Planning & Strategy based in the United States. This is a senior leadership opportunity focused on shaping the strategy and performance of a complex logistics, repair, and distribution network.You will lead demand planning, forecasting, inventory strategy, and the organization’s Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) framework.The role combines strategic planning with hands-on operational improvement, financial analysis, and capacity optimization.You will work closely with executives, clients, actuaries, procurement, forecasting, and business development teams to align supply with demand.With responsibility for inventory budgets exceeding $100M, your decisions will directly influence margins, productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.You will also lead and develop a team of directors and managers across planning, analytics, procurement, and order management.This is a high-visibility remote leadership role offering the opportunity to transform supply chain performance at scale.
