The Forward Deployed Engineering organization sits at the intersection of Product, GTM, and Delivery. As we scale, we need operational leadership that doesn’t just track metrics β€” but builds systems that increase leverage across the organization.

The Strategy & Ops, Forward Deployed Engineering is a senior operator who partners directly with the VP of Forward Deploy to drive strategic initiatives, operational rigor, and scalable execution across the organization.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Strategic Partner to VP, Forward Deploy
    • Translate organizational priorities into structured initiatives and execution plans.
    • Drive cross-functional alignment across GTM, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success via programs, metrics and scale
    • Act as a force multiplier by independently advancing high-priority initiatives.
  • Build & Scale Operating Systems
    • Design and implement delivery operating rhythms (forecasting, capacity planning, utilization tracking).
    • Improve margin performance through data-informed staffing and planning.
    • Define and operationalize processes across onboarding, staffing models, delivery methodology, and tooling.
  • Lead Cross-Functional ProgramsΒ 
    • Own strategic initiatives (e.g., delivery framework redesign, ES packaging, staffing model evolution).
    • Form and lead working groups with clear charters and timelines.
    • Identify structural inefficiencies and propose solutions grounded in busines
