Director / Sr. Director, Head of Integrations

This is a senior commercial product leadership role responsible for defining and executing the strategy for a broad ecosystem of partner and integration capabilities. You will shape packaged, white-label, AI-native, embedded, and custom integration solutions designed to accelerate enterprise growth and partner-led expansion. The role combines product strategy, technical integration expertise, commercial ownership, and executive-level relationship management. You will work closely with strategic HR technology partners, enterprise customers, Product, Engineering, Revenue, Partnerships, and Operations teams. A major focus will be turning recurring partner needs into scalable APIs, workflows, platform capabilities, and reusable product primitives rather than bespoke solutions.
