You will own the creative vision for long-form video projects supporting major brands, from concept development through final edit. Working closely with producers, strategists, editors, channel leads, and brand stakeholders, you will shape repeatable formats and creative systems designed to improve retention and channel growth. You’ll combine strong storytelling instincts with a deep understanding of YouTube pacing, audience behavior, and platform best practices.
