Director, SMB Sales

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, SMB Sales based in the United States. As Director, SMB Sales, you will own the strategy, execution, and growth of a high-potential SMB sales segment in a fast-moving healthcare environment. You’ll lead a team focused on acquiring multi-location healthcare operators and early-stage, creator-led brands. The role combines hands-on sales leadership with the opportunity to build an outbound motion, establish qualification standards, and shape the team as the segment scales. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Inside Sales, Mid-Market, Enterprise, and onboarding teams to create a seamless customer journey. Success will require strong commercial judgment, comfort with incomplete data, and a rigorous understanding of pipeline economics. This is an opportunity to build a scalable sales engine while directly influencing customer growth and revenue.
