This senior leadership role will oversee the planning, execution, and operational delivery of a complex portfolio of technology infrastructure and connectivity projects.You will establish scalable project management standards, systems, and processes that improve consistency, visibility, quality, and profitability.The role combines portfolio-level strategy with hands-on leadership across project planning, installation, financial controls, risk management, and closeout.You will lead and develop Project Managers and Senior Project Managers while creating clear accountability, priorities, and delivery standards.Working across engineering, operations, finance, procurement, construction, customers, vendors, and technical partners, you will drive successful outcomes across multiple stakeholders.You will also help scale project operations, strengthen vendor relationships, improve forecasting, and enhance the customer and resident connectivity experience.This is an opportunity to shape a growing project m...
