Position Summary

Ping Identity is looking for a results-driven Director of Professional Services to lead and grow our services delivery business across the Southern EMEA region. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality delivery execution, deep collaboration with Sales, and driving predictable, profitable services engagements—whether delivered directly or through partners. You’ll be accountable for team performance, customer outcomes, and regional business success.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Delivery Execution

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of PS engagements across the central region, ensuring projects meet scope, budget, and timeline expectations.
  • Serve as an executive sponsor on key accounts, developing strong customer relationships and driving value realization.
  • Collaborate closely with the GTM and CX teams to diagnose issues, support renewals, and mitigate delivery risk.

Sales Partnership & PS Bookings

  • Partner with Sales and Solution Architects to shape services proposals and scopes of work that align with customer goals.
