Director, Professional Services

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Professional Services based in Portugal. This is a senior leadership opportunity overseeing professional services across North America, EMEA, and APAC. You will own the delivery strategy for enterprise implementations, rollouts, and services engagements across a diverse international customer base. The role combines operational leadership with significant commercial responsibility for revenue, margins, utilization, milestones, and expansion. You will build and lead a high-performing project management organization while partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success. The position offers direct visibility with executive stakeholders and the opportunity to shape how professional services drives customer outcomes and business growth.
