Director, Product Management (PrintOps)

This is a senior product leadership role focused on evolving an established, complex product while expanding its reach into new markets.You will take ownership of understanding how the product works today, including its history, customer workarounds, technical dependencies, and areas of hidden complexity.The role combines customer discovery, product strategy, roadmap ownership, technical collaboration, and cross-functional communication.You will work directly with enterprise customers to distinguish valuable market signals from individual requests and translate those insights into clear product decisions.Partnering closely with Engineering, you will turn product direction into actionable work that can be built, tested, and delivered effectively.You will also help the organization enter two new markets while protecting the reliability and trust established with its existing customer base.This is a hands-on, autonomous opportunity for a product leader who enjoys solving complex problems, c...
