As Director of Product Management for our Next Gen Platform, you will lead & execute the product vision for our next generation issuance & processing platform focusing on platform modernization, service abstraction, scalability, and more, while supporting the growth of our new and existing customers. You will lead a team to cut across core components of our platform including issuing, fulfillment, processing, ledger, tokenization, and customer onboarding & enablement. This role bridges strategy, delivery, and operational excellence to ensure we continuously deliver customer value and exceptional platform performance.

- Shape the strategic direction of Marqeta’s core platform and production support experience, directly influencing how $300B+ in annual TPV flows through our systems.
