Director, Product Management, Growth Platforms

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Product Management, Growth Platforms based in Canada . This leadership role owns the product strategy for the platforms that drive customer growth, engagement, and retention across digital and retail experiences. You will shape capabilities spanning promotions, loyalty, CRM, customer segmentation, and marketing data. A key focus will be building unified platforms that enable personalized offers and experiences across channels and customer segments. You will work closely with Marketing, Engineering, Data, Analytics, Operations, Finance, and business leaders to turn customer insights into measurable growth. The role combines long-term product strategy with hands-on platform development and experimentation. You will also lead, coach, and grow a team of Product Managers while establishing clear ownership across a broad growth technology portfolio.
