Dave is hiring a Director of Product Management, Growth to lead the product strategy behind how members discover, activate, and adopt Dave’s expanding portfolio of financial products.

You’ll own the full member growth journey - from the moment someone enters our funnel to the moment they become a deeply engaged, multi-product member. This role leads a team of product managers focused on funnel optimization, personalization, and member incentives while partnering closely with engineering, design, marketing, and data to build durable growth systems.

This is a role for someone who treats growth as a craft: thoughtful experimentation, strong analytical judgment, and a clear understanding of how product decisions translate into real business outcomes.



WHAT YOU’LL BUILD AND OWN

- Lead product strategy for Dave’s member growth lifecycle, including activation, engagement, and multi-product adoption

- Guide and grow a team of product managers responsible for funnel optimization, personalization, and subscription or incentive mechanics

- Develop experimentation frameworks that help the team test ideas quickly while generating reliable learning

- Use cohort analysis and behavioral data to identify opportunities that improve activation, retention, and long-term member value

- Partner closely with marketing to strengthen the product and martech foundation supporting user acquisition and lifecycle engagement

- Shape cross-product experiences that help members discover the next most valuable step in their relationship with Dave
