Now, we're looking for a Director of Product Management to lead one of our most member-critical product areas: the Member Journey. Member Journey defines the framework for the end-to-end experience. That includes how members enroll, receive care, and see a reduction in their pain through Hinge Health. This is the leader for a group of product pods directly tied to our core member outcomes: onboarding, long term retention, new program growth, and outcomes. As a Director of Product Management, you'll lead a team of PMs to define the vision for the next-generation member experience in digital healthcare, including how personalization and AI reshape what it means to deliver care at scale.
