About the Role

As a Director, Product Management, you’ll report to the VP of Product & Design and act as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for core initiatives that expand the reach, usability, and value of our platform. You’ll help move our product organization from reactive delivery toward a more strategic, data-informed, and customer-centered practice — ensuring clarity of direction, consistency in execution, and a strong feedback loop between our customers and our roadmap.

You’ll balance hands-on product strategy with team leadership, supporting PMs in driving measurable business outcomes while shaping a culture of curiosity, accountability, and cross-functional excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and develop a team of 4+ product managers through mentorship, clear expectations, and growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to product planning and strategy for key areas of our platform, translating customer needs and company goals into actionable roadmaps.
  • Drive clarity and prioritization, helping teams make informed tradeoffs that balance user value, business impact, and technical investment.
  • Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and GTM teams to define and deliver cross-functional initiatives that move core metrics.
  • Establish and evolve product rituals (reviews, retros, planning) to promote consistency, alignment, and focus.
