Director, Product Management

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Product Management based in Canada. This is a senior product leadership role responsible for translating company strategy into measurable product outcomes across a growing B2B SaaS organization.You’ll lead a talented, pod-based Product Management team while strengthening strategic thinking, execution discipline, and customer focus.The role combines portfolio strategy, people leadership, product operations, governance, and cross-functional alignment.A major focus will be accelerating the practical adoption of AI across product discovery, research, analysis, writing, and roadmapping.You’ll also help PMs evolve from feature-focused execution toward broader strategic ownership and business impact.Working closely with Design, Development, Customer Success, and senior product leaders, you’ll manage dependencies, risks, resources, and priorities across multiple initiatives.This is an opportunity to shape both the product organization and the operating model behind an AI-forward enterprise platform.
