About this Position
One of our flagship offerings is our Fractional CIO & Advisory practice — an elite team of former CIOs and IT executives who guide organizations through IT strategy, business transformation, and value creation initiatives.
We are seeking a seasoned sales and growth professional to lead our Private Equity channel development for this practice. This high-impact role will be responsible for identifying, building, and nurturing relationships with Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies — driving growth for our Fractional CIO & Advisory practice and creating pathways to expand the broader Net at Work offering where appropriate.
The ideal candidate has held Director-level roles in consulting, business development, or IT leadership, with direct exposure to the Private Equity industry — whether by supporting PE-backed companies, working with or serving as an operating partner, or selling IT strategic services into the midmarket. They bring strong commercial acumen and the credibility to engage confidently with executives at both PE firms and portfolio companies.
An ideal candidate will also bring existing relationships with PE firms that invest in small to medium-sized businesses across industries such as manufacturing, distribution, professional services, and construction.
