This is a senior philanthropy leadership opportunity focused on building transformational donor relationships and driving meaningful national impact.You will lead a high-value portfolio of donors and prospects, with personal accountability for generating an initial $2–$3M annually.The role combines major gifts strategy, personalized stewardship, leadership giving, team development, and revenue planning.You will help shape a growing philanthropy function by strengthening its systems, processes, culture, and donor pipeline.Working closely with senior leadership, you will translate organizational priorities into compelling fundraising strategies and donor experiences.The position offers significant autonomy and influence within a purpose-driven, collaborative, and evolving environment.Fully remote across Canada, it is ideal for an experienced fundraising leader motivated by measurable social impact and long-term relationship building.
