Director, Partner Business Development

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Partner Business Development based in the United States. This is a senior, high-impact leadership role focused on building and scaling strategic third-party partnerships across a defined product and partner portfolio. You will shape partnership strategy, identify growth opportunities, and lead negotiations that strengthen the broader business ecosystem. The role combines business development, product strategy, financial planning, and go-to-market execution. You will work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional leaders to bring partner initiatives to market and generate measurable business results. You will analyze market trends, assess partnership and acquisition opportunities, and translate insights into actionable strategies. As a people leader, you will also establish objectives, develop talent, and guide teams toward ambitious operational and financial goals.
