Director of Sales, Americas

This is a senior sales leadership role responsible for driving regional revenue growth and expanding the customer base across the Americas.You’ll develop and execute strategic sales plans while guiding the regional sales organisation toward ambitious commercial targets.The role combines sales leadership, complex business development, account strategy, pricing, forecasting, and customer relationship management.You’ll work closely with customers, internal teams, and external partners to identify opportunities and build profitable, long-term relationships.A key focus will be supporting complex sales cycles, negotiating commercial agreements, and positioning products effectively within competitive markets.You’ll also contribute to pricing strategy, new product introductions, market analysis, and improvements to sales processes and profitability.The position offers the opportunity to influence regional commercial strategy while working across functions and engaging directly with key decision-makers.
