Director of Project Management

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director of Project Management based in the United States. This leadership role oversees the Project Management function and provides strategic direction across complex, high-value projects. You will lead experienced Project Managers while strengthening delivery practices that improve profitability, efficiency, resource utilization, client satisfaction, and quality. The role combines people leadership, project governance, process optimization, commercial oversight, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with Finance, Business Development, executive leadership, clients, and technical teams to align projects with broader organizational goals. A key focus will be developing scalable processes, automation, and operating practices that support continued growth. The position is particularly suited to an experienced project management leader with strong knowledge of renewable energy and utility-scale infrastructure.
