Director of Project Controls

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director of Project Controls based in the United States. As Director of Project Controls, you will provide national leadership and strategic oversight across regional Project Controls operations. You will drive consistency, process excellence, and operational efficiency across teams supporting large-scale technology infrastructure programs. The role combines senior people leadership with data-driven performance improvement and cross-functional collaboration. You will help standardize processes, strengthen resource utilization, and reduce operational errors and cycle times. As a key escalation point for operations leadership, you will influence decisions and support the successful launch of new programs. You will also play a central role in developing future Project Controls leaders through coaching, training, and mentorship.
