Director of Program Management

This is a senior program leadership role at the center of a growing Data & Technology organization.You will drive execution across Product, Engineering, Design, Platform, and business teams, turning strategic priorities into measurable outcomes.The role focuses on complex, cross-functional initiatives where alignment, sequencing, dependencies, and organizational readiness are critical.You will bring structure to ambiguity while developing scalable planning processes, operating rhythms, and execution frameworks.You will partner with leaders and teams across the organization to remove blockers and maintain momentum on high-impact programs.The role also provides an opportunity to evolve agile and AI-enabled ways of working across a distributed technology environment.This is a remote position in the United States, suited to an experienced operational leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
