Director of Product Management (Internal AI Product Strategy & Ops), Remote

This role will own the Product strategy and operations for scaling what the strongest teams have proven into the way all 2,000+ employees work every day.   As Director, Internal AI Product Strategy & Operations, you own Aledade's internal AI strategy and operating model: how employees work with AI, the direction of the internal knowledge and skill platform they rely on, the standards that keep it safe, tools and methods for collaboration, and the way all of it adapts as the technology moves. You will collaborate closely with internal product and technology teams building the AI platform upon which we build our internal workflows and operations. You set the direction for where Aledade is going, decide what to invest in and what to retire, and run the operating rhythm that keeps it on track.    There is flexibility for this role to be a Director or Senior Director based on qualifications for the right candidate.
