Director of Product, G&C

As a Director of Product on our Governance & Compliance team, you will own the product strategy and deliver key capabilities that enable Vanta’s GRC product to meet the needs of our largest enterprise customers. You will drive company-wide initiatives requiring deep partnerships across PMM, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams. You will help scale Vanta’s capabilities alongside our rapidly growing customer base and shape the culture and processes of the product team, all while growing the talented PMs you lead.
