What You’ll Do

- Partner closely with Finance to manage vendor spend in line with budgets, forecasts, and company-wide financial objectives, driving cost savings and cost avoidance through disciplined renewals, pricing benchmarks, demand management, and structured sourcing strategies.

- Own the vendor portfolio with a mandate to rationalize and consolidate software and technology vendors, reducing redundancy, improving utilization, and lowering total cost of ownership.

- Lead high-impact negotiations across key spend categories, particularly software and technology, running competitive RFx processes and negotiating pricing, contract structures, and commercial terms that deliver measurable financial outcomes.

- Own and automate the end-to-end procure-to-pay process, including intake, vendor onboarding, spend review, approvals, and purchasing, while enforcing procurement policy and a strict β€œno purchase order, no pay” standard.

- Identify and implement workflow automation and AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency, spend visibility, compliance, and scalability of procurement operations.

- Ensure procurement processes support strong financial controls, audit readiness, and policy compliance while remaining efficient and user-friendly for stakeholders.
