Director of Partner Marketing

This role leads the growth and strategic development of a portfolio of high-value marketing partnerships.You will own partner relationships, P&L management, marketing strategy, and growth initiatives across multiple financial product categories.Working closely with strategic partners, you will identify opportunities to expand relationships, launch new products, and increase revenue.The position combines partner management, business development, financial modeling, analytics, and cross-functional execution.You will turn complex performance data into actionable recommendations and compelling strategies for both internal and external stakeholders.You will also lead and develop direct reports, helping build a high-performing partnership organization.This is an analytical, commercially focused leadership role within a fast-moving fintech and consumer finance environment.
