Director of Integration - Facilities Management and Construction

This leadership role oversees the integration of complex ambulatory surgery center construction and facility projects from planning through operational launch.You will serve as the central project leader, coordinating clinical, construction, regulatory, operations, and development teams.The role is critical to ensuring facilities achieve operational, clinical, financial, and regulatory readiness for Day One.You will manage projects including new centers, relocations, expansions, renovations, and infrastructure initiatives.Success requires strong risk management, stakeholder influence, structured execution, and a continuous improvement mindset.You will also help strengthen integration frameworks, develop scalable processes, and provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.The position offers an opportunity to influence large-scale healthcare operations while working in a remote-centric hybrid environment with occasional travel.
