Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Our partner is looking for a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) based in United States. The Director of FP&A will lead financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and reporting for a fast-growing technology business operating across SaaS and payments. This strategic finance leader will partner directly with C-suite executives and functional leaders to translate complex financial and operational data into actionable business insights. The role will shape budgeting, long-range planning, unit economics, pricing, and investment decisions across multiple revenue streams. You will build sophisticated models and reporting capabilities that improve visibility into growth, profitability, and operational performance. The position also offers the opportunity to strengthen FP&A systems, automate processes, and improve data quality across the organization.
