Director of Finance, Gamewise

• Develop, analyze, and interpret financial information to appraise operating results in terms of profitability, performance against budget, capital planning, cash forecasting, and fiscal soundness 
• Direct the reporting of financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow based on past, present, and future operations 
• Lead the implementation of financial projects and system changes at the subsidiary, ensuring effective execution and integration 
• Develop and measure key performance metrics, analyze business trends and financial results, and offer suggestions for efficiencies across the property as a member of the executive team 
• Guide the audit and compliance team, overseeing all compliance and reporting requirements, reviewing audit findings, and assisting in the development and enforcement of action plans 

• Position is located in Linwood, NJ but could be remote if the candidate lives more than 50 miles from the office in NJ.

• Bachelor's degree in business accounting, business administration, or a related field 
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a minimum of 5 years in a financial management role such as accounting manager, controller, or finance director 
• Gaming experience preferred 
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office  
• Experience using PeopleSoft Financials  
• Experience with compliance requirements 
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a state Gaming license
