Higharc is seeking a Director of Engineering, Materials to lead the engineering organization behind one of our most significant company bets: turning our estimation capabilities and supplier relationships into a scalable, data-driven materials program. This role reports to the VP of Engineering and is remote within the US or Canada. WHAT YOU'LL DO You'll own engineering delivery across materials estimation, vendor integrations, and our emerging materials marketplace — from day-to-day execution to longer-horizon platform thinking. You'll lead through an Engineering Manager and a growing team, setting the operating rhythm, delivery culture, and technical standards for the Materials organization.
