The DoorDash Commerce Platform Sales/GTM team is responsible for helping restaurants build their digital brand and grow their sales directly with customers. The team does this through scaling of our emerging suite of 1st Party eCommerce products spanning Online Ordering (Websites, Apps), white label Logistics (Drive On Demand), Restaurant Rewards, CRM, Brand Management, and several other emerging areas focused on helping merchants increase their take home profits. This team is responsible for winning new business from existing and new DoorDash partners, and partnering with our XFN teams in Product, Marketing, Strategy to drive success for merchants using DoorDash’s Commerce Platform.
As the leader of Digital Ordering Sales, you own the sales performance that is the main input to our DoorDash Commerce Platform Revenue goals. You do this through hiring, developing, and performance managing great talent, building an inclusive and motivating work environment, and working with our S&O and Product partners to build the optimal customer experience. You will oversee a leadership bench with multiple layers and support a rapidly growing team of specialized sales professionals and sales engineers. You will report to our Senior Director of SMB Restaurant Success in our SMB Sales organization.
