Director of Development, National Capital Region Chapter

Working closely with the Chapter Executive Director and national Development team, you will build donor relationships, develop strategic partnerships, and pursue funding opportunities aligned with local priorities. The position combines individual giving, corporate sponsorships, foundation relations, grant support, and community engagement. You will manage a portfolio of prospects and help move relationships from identification through solicitation and long-term stewardship. The role offers meaningful autonomy within a collaborative, remote-first environment while maintaining a strong connection to the local community.
